Wednesday 090107

Rest Day.


My first homemade plyo box jump! Even though the cuts are a bit jagged and don't line up completely, she's still pretty solid. I've got a few more in the works that should be a bit easier on the eye. Low energy tonight on the WoD.

3 rounds 500m row, 21 KB swings, 12 pull ups.

Didn't sleep well last night, and didn't eat enough today.

Went to my first triathlon training class last night. Swimming felt a lot easier. Didn't do and distances where I could compare time. Hoping my 500m swim times have dropped since beginning crossfit. I'm putting the Schaumburg triathlon in July on my goals list for the year.
