John on the pull ups while Andy bangs out the air squats during "Barbara." While the entire work out only uses your body weight, it is deceivingly difficult to get through. Just ask John - he was laying on the ground recovering for about 30 minutes afterwards! Props to John though for finishing in the fastest time. He also called out today's WOD before it went up.

Definitely have room for improvement. Still really sore from Barbara and the GHD WOD.

Yeah, my whole body was sore from Barbara then the GHD situps and back extensions.
