Eric has a new PR of 21 pull ups. Up from 6 in October. Now on to Thrusters...

To think you were only at 5 pull ups just a few months ago is really impressive! Your form was perfect. Congrats on the new PR!

Good job E! Mr. Joshusa...my new nemesis!!! On paper I thought this one would be easy, but that is not the case. 29:10. I subsituted 205lb for 250lb after the first round. I don't have bumper plates so it was going to be too much for me to raise and lower that many times. Good luck!

I just saw the video. Nice form man.

Mr Joshua is a tough one. The deadlifts really hurt. Since we probably can't run I'll have to make it a new time. My last Mr Joshua time was back on 11/26 at 36:41. No matter how we substitute the run I need to beat that time.
