George (left) and Eric after finishing Monday's WOD. We basically did a modified Elizabeth workout, doing 21-15-9 reps of hang power cleans and dips. I think it was a bit too easy for George! We'll have to increase the weight next time!

Today's WOD was pretty frustrating. I don't have a 15 foot rope, so I did the recommended towel pull-ups, 30 per round. The towel was too thick to tie any knots, so I just had to hold on. My grip didn't hold out too long, so it took a while to finish. 29:54 was my time, and probably over half of that was spent on the towel pull-ups.
This was my first time doing this type of workout. There was a lot of substitution. Great workout either way. 19:14.
I did half of the normal workout in 13:44, but then I couldn't go anymore. I am overcoming bronchitis so I was happy with what I did. I think by Thursday my strength should be back and I will be good to go!
After doing two rounds I ran on the treadmill for 15 min.
