"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

What a way to bring in the new year! I didn't set any records today as those 8 beers from last night were still lingering around...I was just happy to finish! 41:45 was my time.

I finished in 34:09. I wasn't carrying any baggage with me from last night, but it was still tough. I'm on the lookout for a weighted vest for the next time this comes around. That should make it a real bugger!
