I'm sorry, Eric, but I had to do it! You do have some pretty crazy socks! They must be working, though, because you're making huge strides in just about everything. I agree with moving on to something else, and thrusters were a good suggestion. I can see Fran just around the corner...
This one's going to be tough on the legs. Never done this one before.
13:44. Quads are toast. Shoulders are as well. Great way to follow yesterday's WOD.
14:50 for me. I didn't have the space for a 45lb bar so I did two 20lb dumbells. Towards the end I could barely keep my arms above my head. This one is tough! I may go for a run later since it's going to be 70 degrees today!
I'm nervous....My stomach hurts. I have to pee!
This one was very hard for me. I thought the burpees would kill me, but it was the lunges that I hated the most. I actually felt like throwing up on this one.
