No hang power cleans for me due to the shoulder, so I made up a workout:

1000m row
100 push ups
750m row
75 push ups
500m row
50 push ups
250m row
25 push ups

I'm glad I did the Hang Power clean. Otherwise the workout you did woul have taken me atleast 1 hour.

135 for 3 reps x 7 sets. I have never done this before so I needed to practice my form.

Norberto, since it's now snowing outside, we'll have to sub rowing for the run. I've got a few sub ideas as well for the towel pull-ups.

Nice job "Joshua" on the power hang cleans. Definitely practice the oly lifts a few times before going for max weight.
