Luther finished Wednesday's WOD with an impressive time under 13 minutes (especially considering that he only has a couple months of CrossFit under his belt). Here he is completing 5 deadlifts at 255#. He completed all deadlifts unbroken, and his form held up from the first deadlift to the last. Nice job, Luther!

OK, for those of you doing this wod today...can you tell me how what the worst part was?
I'm thinking the combo of having to row then doing anything else always kills me. But today Jason added on GHD's so the abs got messed up and then doing a rope climb was just not that much fun. =)
