The New Year is here! Time to quit putting things off and start working towards your goals. What are your goals for 2011? If you haven't seen the results you've been looking for, it's time for a gut check: What's your attendance record? How's your diet? If you don't feel comfortable with your answers to those questions, then maybe you can start your goals there.

Dang I just check my gut and I got one.. I was lean and then out of no where BOOM Ghetto CLAUSE appreared for the holidays. My plans are to eat better and lose my GUT.. Yes sir.... I am tired of losing to andy in wods... JK
- Be able to do 10 HSPU unbroken
- Be able to do 5 MU unbroken without using a box
- Keep performing better on times (would be awesome if I can get under 4:30 on "Fran")
- 400 lbs on 1 rep max for DL
-be able to do a wod RX when it includes OH squats!
- ALWAYS STAY AHEAD OF JJ ON ALL WODS...ESPECIALLY GET PASSED HIM ON THE HEAVY LIFTING ONES :)
- Smoke Jason on at least 1 wod even if it's by 1 second. Actually, if I tie then I consider that as smoking him too. :)
-keep mostly paleo 80/20 or even 70/30
-50 pushups unbroken
-30 pullups unbroken
-1 muscle-up
Nice goals! Just make sure that they're reasonable as well as obtainable, and don't give up trying to reach them.
Im gonna get ya ANDY better work hard...
I did accomplish some of my goals from lasy year. I am proud of that! My goals this year are:
- HSPU all the way
- do prescribed dips
- Minimum of 1 Muscle up
- Better times on my workouts
- Clean 125 lb
-The most important is to focus on my form and balance.
-Get a muscle-up
-25 unbroken pull-ups
-10 unbroken dips

Just so they're on the record:
-Lose minimum 25#
-10 pullups unbroken
-Conquer the HSPU
-Maintain a 3x/week average in 2011. (I'd like to do more, and will if I can, but with kid #2 coming in February, this is a reasonable goal)
