Emmitt, is this also the warm up for the Olympic Lifting class? This looks like fun!
Jason, can you tell me if this Olympic Lifting class will ever be available for the 5:45 AM sessions? Just curious, I can't make the evening sessions and would really like to do this. =)
Oh and I really need work on those turkish get ups too.

@ andy yea we can possible do that but i will prob make diff penalties for getting hit.
Wish I could have done this one. Especially the Dodgeball.
