Any interest in a dedicated Olympic lifting class over the next 4-6 weeks? I'm thinking Thursdays at 5:30pm. We'll post a sign-up sheet at the gym.

Does anyone know how the seafood
meal shown on our web site was made ? thx JD
Yes, I'm certainly interested. I assume this will be focusing on technique? Will there be a WOD included?
Good job Bob.
I'm in for the Oly lifting class.
Jim, which seafood meal?
Jim D, check out the post from way back on 081208 for the recipe to Eric's fish stew.
The proposed Olympic weightlifting class will cover the fundamentals of the snatch and the clean and jerk, and it will focus on technique through repetition. You will spend the majority of the class working the movements. A short WOD may end the session.
Bob, Congrats! That's awesome! You make it look so easy!!!
I think I will like that. Since I stink on this techniques. My snatches are the worse.
