Murph is a jerk! I have a cold now from this work out. Yes Murph is to blame, my immune system is shot now. Next time I tango with this jerk, he's in trouble.
Good job everyone, this one is a mental and physical challenge, I unfortunately don't know how to count and did an EXTRA 100 squats... needless to say, I am SOOOOO sore today, my quads hate me!!!!! Today is a REST day for me. See you all tomorrow!
yes, I did 10 squats, 10 pushups 10 squats, 5 pullups per a round.... My whole body hurts today, and its getting worse and worse every hour, my abs are probably the only non-sore part of my body, My arms, chest and back are so tight i just cramped up from stretching.
You know, Kathy, I really don't mind saying that I told you so! :)Haha... oh, and I'll wear the vest during the runs next time if you wear it during all the push ups/pull ups/squats! ;)

Kathy I did 100 squats more too. I was doing 20 squats instead of 15. That explains why i feel so sore.

Yes I agree I was gonna go but the soreness is jus getting worse yukkkkk
