25 L pull-ups
20 Dumbbell squat cleans, 50#/35#

Scale as needed.

Haha, I look incredulous! Um, so I definitely must have slept through my alarm. It was set for 6:20, and I woke up and it was 7:34. Sigh. This is not my week for CF. I have been working a ton this week so I guess I'll just have to hit it harder next week. I'm SO sore, too, maybe from not coming in for three days? Have fun guys, see you tomorrow...(afternoon!)...

It's always an honor to have one's picture preserved for posterity on the website. Sadly, many of the photos are blurry. If only Jason would get a quality camera to better highlight our muscular definition.
