20 lateral jumps, guys over 2-45# plates stacked/girls over 1-45# plate
10 burpee jumps, guys over 2-45# plates stacked/girls over 1-45# plate
5 1-armed dumbbell push-press, alternating arms each rep, 55#/35#

Didn't know this would happen but this 30 push up challenge has made my rings dips feel so much easier. If you've been keeping up with the push ups or close to it, try doing some dips and see if you notice a difference.
i agree peewee!! i went from using the blue/purple band together... to the red band. i mean... im still only on the red :( but it alittle progress!!
I don't think I'm ready for another 30 day challenge yet. The push ups have been great. Difficult, but great.
Things I'd like to work on over the next couple months are the front squat, and hand-stand push up.
Let's do a sit up challenge! My goal is to have ripped abs by the summer haha
