21-15-9 reps of:
225/150 pound Deadlift
135/90 pound Overhead squat

Scale as needed. Depending on class size, we may need to make a few modifications to this workout. We'll do our best to get through it as prescribed.

NO... just kidding, that's the guy that came over Christmas with his wife... see Jason your gym and coaching has two 1st place connections - I think you can twist that to sound good for your marketing.. Lets wait to see how John does at his sectional this weekend (good luck John if you read this)... Maybe 3 1st places?
