35 GHD situps
If you cannot do muscle ups, then sub 3 pull-ups/3 dips for each muscle up. Scale reps as needed.

Looking forward to being done with the push up challenge. They are not getting any easier. My form and reps per set is improving, but in no way are they easy.
Did the "28 is great" WoD today. Found it very rejuvenating. Wonder what Jason will have in store for my birthday?
