My family and I drive back Monday. Possibly see you guys on Tuesday. I have been studying the muscle up tape. I am ready to do it, even after not crossfit for a whole month and also gaining weight.
JJ was super close about 20 times last night he needs to watch that video...... I want one in the next 30 days.. thats my goal....
We don't need a video. I think Jason is perfectly capable of teaching us. He just needs to have a Muscle up skill day

Congrats you guys! Great progress. I gotta work on my dips, so my muscle up step 1 was pull-ups, now I need unsupported dips. :)
