100 push ups thursday night - 6:31. Ate like shit today, Thursday. Cookies, a donut, and a brownie. Some chicken, ham, eggs, nectarine, almonds and grapes. This was throughout the day.
I will be finishing my pushups soon. Jason, you had a great point since I don't do crossfit here other than my pushups. I will switch my pushups to burpees. 100 burpees for the rest of the challenge.
What did I eat today?....For breakfast: 2 sunny side up eggs cooked in vegetable oil...with steak mixed with some hot jalapenos and sour cream cooked in vegetable oil and pinto beans....yeah...cooked in vegetable oil too....with about 6 corn tortillas (no spoon/fork). Throughout the day: honeybun, cashews, ham sandwich with slice of american cheese and mayo...
Dinner: Mole (Chocolate color sauce mixed into boiled chicken and mexican rice...oh..about 4 - 6 tortillas (No spoon/fork again)...and 2 slices of my birthday cake.
You say, "well that's ok, it's your birthday"....that would be good, but unfortunately, This is how I've been eating...
However, I do drink only water an no pop still!!!!
Actually been eating very healthy lately. Trying to get back into shape for softball. Today I ate the following: Breakfast - egg whites, turkey sausage, and a glass of water.
Lunch - subway Chicken breast low fat sweet onion dressing and lettuce tomato and a glass of water.
Dinner - Chicken breast, vegetables, apple and a glass of water.
This week has been challenging as this is my first week of dieting. Let's see how it goes.
Well, it is 11:15pm and still Thursday here in El Paso. I am adding more food that I ate....
The last 5 slices of sandwich wheat bread (not whole wheat) folded in half long ways. Then dipped in a big glass of Chocolate milk (2% milk with Nestle Quick)...yummmmm!
Phew 1% milk with your frosted flakes and only a SMALL fry. Good job on not using whole milk Guille. You're on your way. Now if you can only chill out during the day.
My diet on thursday? Ooooh boy...this isn't going to be pretty...
Breakfast was CFM protein and creatine shake. Then 1 hour later a tall americano with 1 sugar in the raw and a two count of cream, with a piece of coffee cake and an egg and bacon sandwich on small roll.
Two hours later was two fist fulls of raw mixed nuts.
Lunch two hours after that was a bowl of pork ramen and small bowl of pork rice, along with 4 pieces of mochi ice cream and about 1 liter of oolong tea.
Then, after work at about 9:30, an apple with about 4 tablespoons of Natural Peanut butter, and 2 clementines.
Thursday I ate: bowl of multigrain cheerios with skim milk for breakfast, tuna salad (fat free miracle whip, pineapple, celery, mustard) with some whole wheat crackers, a clementine, and carrots for lunch, a lemonhead, three pieces of chocolate bliss candies, a lowfat yogurt, and half a serving of mini wheat cereal for my afterschool snack, then pretty much half of a medium pizza (with most of the cheese and all the sausage taken off) for dinner, and two banana oatmeal cookies for dessert
Yesterday I had... Breakfast: egg white omelet with 1 c. chopped tomato, glass of milk, slice of toast. For lunch: 3 oz. total chicken and Gouda cheese, 9 almonds, 3 dried plums, and an orange. For dinner, rosemary chicken with onions, tomatoes, and cheese gnocchi! :)

Breakfast: breakfast burrito with 2 eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes and apple.
Lunch: bacon cheesburger with SMALL fry.
Dinner: ground beef and potatoe with bean burrito.
Late night Olympic snack: bowl of Tony the Tiger(frosted flakes with 1% milk.
