Four rounds for time of:
Walking lunge 50 meters
Sit-ups, 50 reps


We need to plan a night out for John before he leaves next month. Bowling was one suggestion. Any others? We also need to figure out a date. The Friday before our official weigh-in for the 90-day challenge might be good. This coming Saturday could also work. John, what works for you?

Any date works for me for John's outing.

I had a huge new PR on Tabata. Previous was 245 and last night NEW PR is 316!

I do have to say. I have noticed that my times and counts have been increasing dramatically. I first noticed it during Fight Gone Bad. A month before Fight Gone Bad I decided to start eating better. Eating right does a HUGE difference on your workouts.

I knew I saw 5 rounds. I bet you they had it on the main site as well but corrected it.

Maybe I am not crazy then. I swear I saw 5 rounds this morning at 5a but then later when I was done it said 4. I thought it was just too early for me.
Anyway, I did five....(
