2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

or

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
4 Burpees
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
12 Straight Legged sit-ups


The 90-day challenge is just around the corner - get those referrals in now! Weigh-ins, etc. will start at 10:00AM this Saturday. There will be a workout involved, so make sure you get there early enough to fit it in.

Jason we have our last football game at 9am this Saturday. Hopefully we'll be able to work something out.

That's right forgot about that. Sorry Liliana and I have not been there we've been a little sick along with one of our kids. We'll try to make out there tomrrow.

I am out of town, can I do the workout on Thursday or Tuesday? And all the other stuff, probably Tuesday so that I don't' get a head start ;)

Lydia and I are still looking for babysitter for Friday night. We will let you know as soon as someone says "Yes".

The head coach keeps sneaking football games on us. We were suppose to be done 2 weeks ago.

I can't go next Saturday unless its during the day, i have a benefit that night what about next Friday night?
