As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
6 hang power snatch, 95#/65#
9 straight legged deadlift, 95#/65#
12 superman holds, 1 sec each


Tabata sit-ups from Tuesday's WOD. Check out John in the background. I think he stretches something 9 out of every 10 minutes.

Welcome to Crossfit Richard. Great stuff. If you did lunges yesterday you should feel like you got charlie horses on both of your ass cheeks. Don't worry it's normal.

Hey Norberto, Yesterday was fun but today is a bit uncomfortable. I can barely walk and sit. It's not even 2nd day soreness yet! I see why you're addicted to this. I'm coming tonight too.

So MTV is airing the "Ultimate Parkour Challenge" tonight at 9pm (I think): http://www.mtv.com/shows/parkour/series.jhtml

Afterwards there's an online chat with the participants/stars/whatever. The flipside is that a lot of people are pissed that MTV and the WFPF have made it competitive. But I still think it's cool and want to check it out. So there you go.
