For time:
21 ring dips, 21 box jumps (24'/20'), 3 push ups, 3 walking lunge steps
18 ring dips, 18 box jumps (24'/20'), 6 push ups, 6 walking lunge steps
15 ring dips, 15 box jumps (24'/20'), 9 push ups, 9 walking lunge steps
12 ring dips, 12 box jumps (24'/20'), 12 push ups, 12 walking lunge steps
9 ring dips, 9 box jumps (24'/20'), 15 push ups, 15 walking lunge steps
6 ring dips, 6 box jumps (24'/20'), 18 push ups, 18 walking lunge steps
3 ring dips, 3 box jumps (24'/20'), 21 push ups, 21 walking lunge steps
30 burpees


Turkish get-ups require coordination, balance, strength, flexibility. Make sure you keep you arm straight/locked out and completely vertical; otherwise, any significant weight will be headed to the ground in a hurry!

I ran the 5K today due to rain all day yesterday. First long run since ankle surgery. Last time I ran a 5K, but somehow ended up being an 8K, was on Dec '08 in El Paso, TX which had 2 miles of going up a mountain (not a hill).
