And she still beat me by a little over 200 meters. Did my 5k with the wifey this morning. I can't seem to get under 27 minutes. Today 27:47 worse than last time.
I'm going to do this one at home later this evening.Does anyone know the girls weights for this one?Thanks!!!
I'd go with 65
30 for the Turkish get-ups, 65 for the OH squats.
