Can anyone tell me, other than John and Kathy, what exercise is being performed in this photo - front squat, clean, or thruster?

I'm going to say its a thruster. Either way these two make it look easy.
Looking forward to today's workout. Especially since Jason and John just got back from that Olympic cert. Good thing its right after yesterday's concoction of a workout. I'm thinking the hurt won't settle in until tomorrow so I have time.
Jeremy you coming in today?
My guess is cleans. The stance is too wide for thrusters. The rack isn't solid enough for front squat.
That makes sens Eric. I didn't the stance into consideration for a thruster.
Just checked out Orange Country crossfit, nice place, lots of peeps, interesting group warm-up, not nearly as hard as ours! (wimps) We did Nicole today, they don't follow the main site, too many people I think. See you kids all on Saturday or Monday depends on weather.
We were talking about CPR classes last night. The guy I was talking about no longer has his license to do them so I looked around and found out that the Bloomingdale Fire Department not too far from the gym has one coming up on July 7th Tuesday, 6pm - 10pm for $35. Not sure if anyone is interested. If so I'll do it with you. I might still be going myself anyway.
I don't think this is a Thruster. Kathy, not that you can't do it (I know you can), but most workouts are done with females not doing 95lbs thrusters. I, also, don't think it's a front squat because there is no rack....So my guess is the CLEAN....
My 2nd guess would have to be all three. The weight started on the ground. They had to start from the ground then clean the weight. Then they had to stand up, which would be the front squat. Then end with lifting the weight over their heads resulting in the thruster.
Norberto, I'm interested in taking the CPR class. Sign me up.
