I don't know about you guys, but my quads are not in any shape to take on heavy loads today. We'll have an alternate workout for those of you feeling my pain.

Now that we are finally getting settled in the new gym, what are your thoughts on the warm-up? Right now, we are doing the standard CrossFit warm-up on our own, working up to the goal of three rounds. Would you like to see something more structured? Let me know your thoughts. We may play around with this for a bit.

I think it would be cool to do structured warm ups. I think John and Eric, being the new certified coaches, should lead a few. Plus they can both do muscle ups now.
By the way I'm going to break my toilet from not being able to steadily sit on it and instead having to plop my chubby ass on it since my legs are no more.
My legs are fresh but I can care less about back squats, I'll do the alternate workout or make up Cindy today if others at my time slot need to make it up. I should be there for the 6pm.
Forgot to mention watched every second counts last night.. Talk about ego's and drama.. boy I bet the women aren't so dramatic. Makes me really want to go and watch the games.. wish it was closer!

I haven't been able to do any WOD lately since I moved last Thursday, I still don't have a new gym. I'll be up there next Wed so hopefully I can join you for a workout!
