If anybody is interested in purchasing The "Primal Blueprint" please contact me. If you buy 4 books it will cost 20 dollars each (bulk discount), otherwise the cost is $26.
6 bucks is the deal-breaker for me :-).

Has anyone read this book and followed the plan? If so, how does it work?

For those interested in watching at the Roselle Clause Center on Bryn Mawr, we have a softball game tonight at 8:30pm against Smoke Eaters. I'm almost positive that team is the Roselle Fire Department.

"Primal Blueprint".....what is the book about?

See you guys at 5 today

My guess is that the book is a compilation and re-editing of his blog, with a smattering of new material. He's said as much.

I've read his blog, and found it useful. The most interesting part, for me, is his personal story. He went from endurance athlete, to a more varied fitness regimen, and found his health improve dramatically.

The prescription essentially says that, at least for us, Crossfit + Paleo diet produces optimal health.

Check out today's picture. It looks like McKenna is totally doing a handstand push up without the wall. Impressive.

Mark just wrote a book, it is Mark's twist on the Paleo diet.
