With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Here's a great photo of John just before he starts the second pull of the clean. Notice how the bar is now touching his legs at mid thigh, his shoulders remain out over the bar, and his feet are firmly planted in the ground. He's using a lot of back/lat strength to keep the bar in tight to his body. Awesome technique!

Completed 11 pullups with 9 additional in the 12th minute. Total of 75 pullups for the whole workout.
