Since we rowed all winter when running was part of the WOD, I decided to substitute today's rowing for the running. I substituted to 400m. My WOD was a follows:
3 Rounds for time:
400m
21 Burpees
400m

I felt like I have to run now.

Time = 21:34

Nice job, Andy. The rowing really took a toll on the quads, especially when paired with the burpees. I didn't have much left when it came to the run. 17:02.
