Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Andy performing the sumo dead lift high pull. It's actually much more difficult to perform than it is to say.

I did Cindy. 21 rounds plus 1 more set of pull-ups. Great workout!

I was on the board for Cindy for about a minute, 14 rounds plus 2 pull ups. Then Eric came and took me out with 15 rounds.

Cindy was good, but she took my endurance out of me. Well, I just don't have endurance.

11 Rounds, nothing extra. SO!

I thought about it. That is equal to:
55 Pull-ups
110 Push-ups
165 Squats

Dang!!!

Cindy was a lot of fun. I need to work on my push ups to improve on 15 rounds. Tabata push ups FTW.
