Jason, I have some fresher legs today. I'm thinking I can even beat my PR on the squats today. I feel better on the legs today than when we did Crossfit Total last week.

We'll see how they hold up today, Norberto. I've got a Max 5 rep in mind for you.

I did all 5 sets of 5 at 275.

Tonight's my swimming night, so won't be able to make it for the squats. I may want to do them on Wednesday instead if that works out.

I've got some mild DOMS today in my lats, pecs and quads from the pull ups, dips and Tabata squats.

Knowing last week's back squat in my CFT was BS
235 x 1 (new PR) after the workout.

I did 5x5 at 225 while running on the treadmill. I broke every 5 min to do the squats.
