Guillermo, George, Eddie, and Jeff fight it out during yesterday's "death by pull-ups" WOD. Congrats to Eric for smashing his previous record of 6 rounds with a new total of 13 rounds. Great job!

Darn, I was going to skip my rest day today for this awesome WoD until I read we were subbing rowing for the run. Have fun guys and gals!
If I dress like Spider-Man(John), I would like to try to do the running. I need to run. I will see how the cold feels on my face.
