Jason, I have an Alumni dinner tonight, and am headin out of town tomorrow. I will see you in the gym Monday night 6pm! I still don't think I have fully recovered from the first lot of GHD situps!
B-R-U-T-A-L! That's all I can say about today's workout. 27:00 to finish and over 30 to get rid of the throw up feeling! I don't want to see this one for a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, time.
I subbed GHD sit-ups with butterfly sit-ups and it was still hard...my knees to elbows became knees to chest pretty quick.

Oh, sorry Norberto...let me repharse my wording. It was easy, I could do it 5 more times, in a row, without stopping, on one leg!
Yeah, it pretty much sucked. I wanted to quit after the first round. 29:31. I felt sick after this one as well.
Jason, I think I might relax the rest of the week. I think I came down with the flu and my body is aching all over. I couldn't even go to work today. Two of my sons got it too. They both had 100+ fever yesterday. They seem like they are doing better today, but kept the one that's in school home. Someone gave us the virus this past weekend.
Norberto, looked up the Roselle cross fit. You guys look good. Miss you here in St Charles. Still crossfitting and hurting. You and Lillian look good. Keep up the good work. Might stop by one day and try your crossfit.
