Newest member Jessica performs a dumbbell snatch. A difficult movement, it requires a great deal of shoulder and hip flexibility in addition to excellent balance. I asked her about the shirt as well - She's a Notre Dame grad who jumped on the ex-head football coach's bandwagon a bit too early.

I'll do something today. I'm still a little sore from skiing yesterday but I feel like doing something active.
Just went six days on one off, going to hit one of the met-con workouts today, feel like sweating a bit. Great to see another girl has joined the gym!
Yes! Kathy, I hear you're a beast, and I was glad to see a few other girl names on the board. So, I'm keeping it low-key tonight... some pilates and strength. That Joshie was brutal the day after. See you at the gym tomorrow!
