This is a close up of Norberto while doing knees to elbows (that's why his arms look a bit wonky). John might have the best work out face pic of all time, but Norbero comes through time and time again with some great shots.

12:54. I had to sub the 115lb barbell with 35lb dumbells b/c I'm at a hotel. Nice little workout to start the week!

This workout was crazy! I couldn't breathe and I wanted to throw up at one point.

Another basic push / pull WoD. I felt it mostly in the upper back: traps, delts, lats. I tried to made it look like I *had* to break the push presses into sets, so Jason wouldn't make me up the weight next time.
