I will be taking the Rest Day today. This WOD was hard with just running. I'm sure it is harder when adding rowing before the burpees. Good luck everyone!

Wod wasn't nearly as bad as I'd feared. Then again, my time wasn't what I'd hoped either.

Each element in the WoD seemed like a rest from the previous one. I'd say that's a well designed sequence.
