I must admit, I bought an Angry Whopper yesterday b/c I had to see what it tasted like. I only had 2 or 3 bites b/c I know what's packed in that bad boy. I must admit, I was pretty angry after I ate it...it was weak! No heat whatsoever!

I still haven't had one yet. I would be upset too if there was no heat.

Finished today's WOD in 7:44.

120 Pull ups 120 Dips seems like a lot to substitute for 30 Muscle Ups! Makes me wish I'd practiced Muscle Ups more diligently. I mean if you can do 30 MUs in 7:44, could you do 120 PU/Dips in the same amount of time? Looking forward to it anyhow.
