I left my camera at home yesterday, so I had to go through some old photos. Sticking with yesterday's theme, John, Jeff, Andrew, and Andy's butt hit the WOD from 090219. Jeff and Andrew subbed 500m row for the 400m run.

Dang, dats like a total of a marathon run with a gillian hip back extensions. This looks like fun. I LOVE RUNNING, I LOVE RUNNING, I LOVE RUNNING.
Too cold to run so we're rowing. I'm cool with that.
It was good to be back yesterday. Not totally happy with yesterday's time 20:13 but considering I've been out for a week and a half I'll take it.
Why do my ass cheeks hurt so much? Could it have been all the pull ups we did? Not sure.
I like the cold. I will dress for the cold. I would rather run because I love running, I love running, I love running.
No glut/ham machine here at the hotel so I just did a 30 min run. Good luck with this one!
I hate running...I hate running...I hate running....
Also, I concur with the observation of the painful asscheeks.
That is all.
Jason, I think I'm going to pass. I must have slept wrong last night and the back of my neck is super stiff and hurting. I can barely move my head. I thought it would losen up a bit, but still no good. Since, tomorrow is rest day on main website, I will take my rest today and do this workout tomorrow at 9am, if you don't mind.
You guys are going to have to explain why you feel the need to talk about your painful ass-cheeks. On second thought, never-mind, I don't need to know.
Yeah for running outside! Except that I'm so tired that it put the kabosh on my night...
this workout was pretty tough but not nearly as bad as the one from yesterday. im still feelin the pain from those lunges!
