The picture is a bit fuzzy, but still a good shot. Jeff is actually doing a squat clean, but the upward movement is similar to that of the thruster.

I felt weak with Fran today. 7:42. I don't know what my problem was, but I just didn't have it.
Yes it does! That was the 1st time ever doing that lift. I love this crossfit training!!!! I will send you an email.
I didn't feel very good today either, but finished in 3:54. 5 seconds slower than my PR. I was hoping for a sub 3:30.
I faced one of my biggest demons in Crossfit last night. I have a really hard time with any type of front squat. Elizabeth killed me. I was very nervous about Wednesday's workout that I would to Thursday.
This is where the coaching is a huge deal. I was very scared, nervous and intimidated by the 45 squat cleans. Jason really made a huge difference in my workout. I had great coaches at St Charles and was wondering what the coaching would be like here in Roselle. Its been great. Especially last night. I really needed the encouragement, motivation and more importantly the instruction throughout the workout. Jason hooked me up. Even though it wasn't Rx I was able to work on my movement.
45 double unders
45 squat cleans (95lbs)
45 regular blue band assisted dips
45 double unders
23 minutes and something seconds.
Just wanted to say thanks Jason for getting me through the workout last night.
I'm ready for Fran's bitch ass.
Go Noberto and Jason! My back was so sore yesterday, between the Dead lifts and the 45's workout, I was pooped, really enjoyed my rest day!
I am going to hit Fran ASAP, I'll send some pics from the Box in Newcastle Australia I'll be training in!

I plan to beat it today for sure. I hope time will be 10 minutes or so. That would be a big improvment. Let's see what happens
