Nice job Action... The paleo is going good but it is hard to keep up.
Lydia and I are actualy doing better than i thought. we haven't given up yet. We grilled chicken breasts last night. i had eggs with cantelope this morning and going to Crossfit in about an hour.
we are not eating the enciladas, rice and beans my family ate last night.
Andy - that's awesome! Leela had mac and cheese last night, and usually I finish her leftovers - not last night though. I had chicken breasts with sauteed garlic spinach. One thing I'm really diggin is ground turkey.
I combined diced green pepper, mushroom, onion and garlic with ground turkey. Sea salt and pepper. Cooked with with a little olive oil in a frying pan, and I had some delish turkey patties. I also made some turkey chili - super easy - got the turkey chili recipe off the iphone app 'big oven'.
