Well day 3 and still strong... Eating eggs and alot of chicken YUM, even alot of veggies that i never ate before yuck.... But i can see i def have lost five pounds already. All I have to say is (WOW)..lol
i am not doing paleo. and i have at the given moment having a bagel. and had pasta last night. i prob have GAINED 5lbs.... WOW to that!! haha.

I agree with everyone. Yeah, I have to say, from what I see, I am amazed at what JJ is eating. Good Job and don't give in to Taco Bell or McDonalds...Even if no one is watching :)
Danger, it is never to late to jump on Paleo. Just look at the sites and recipes that everyone has been posting. This is helping out for all that we are posting what people ate.

Mine and Lydia's lunch today: Mushrooms and broccoli saute'd in olive oil mixed with strips of sirloin steak romoved of any visible fat.

What a day to return to Crossfit. Today's workout was intense to say the least or as many of you would say "refreshing".
I'm not doing the Paleo diet but thinking of starting. I'm not really sure what to eat so I'll be checking out the website. Right now I'm just eating healthy food for the most part like egg whites, chicken breast, fruits......and that burrito after our game tonight.
