15 chest to bar pull-ups


My paleo breakfast - 1/2 onion, 2 jalapeno peppers, 1 small poblano pepper, 1 small red pepper, 5 eggs. Blend. Scramble like regular eggs, stirring often. Cook a bit longer so the extra moisture evaporates. Once done, add sliced avocado. What did you eat? Post to comments.

My breakfast: 4 eggs scrambled with hot salsa (salsa made with tomotoes, jalapenos and onion). After eggs cooked, ate it with avacado.

Also had a cold strawberry/blueberry smoothie to wash it down. 5 large strawberries, handful of blueberries, organic syrup (the only ingredient in that syrup was organic syrup) and add all to blender. Add water. Blend real good. Then added ice and keep blending for another 30 seconds.

my mistake. Not syrup. It was organic honey.

But, yeah, your maple syrup is here.

3 rds 15 dumbell thrusters, 30 weighted sit ups 24 pounds---11:03. using dumbells are awkard.

I need to work with dumbells more often to change things up a bit.
