For time:
30 squat cleans, 135#/95#
30 push jerks, 135#/95#

All squat cleans must be completed before moving on to the push jerks. No racks are allowed, so you will need to clean/power clean the weight up from the floor.

Don't know if this is cheating or not, but for lunch I'm having a Jimmy John's unwich with no cheese and no mayo. They replace the bread with a lettuce wrap. I'm doing the hunters club. So that's 1/4 roast beef, tomato, onion, lettuce, and cucumber wrapped in a lettuce wrap.

Didn't have time to prep for lunch today.
